We are the manufacturer of mild steel 6013 welding electrodes at M. I. D. C-Nagpur(India) for the lasr 10 years under technical know-how from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited-Tirchi India. We are accredited with ISO-9002 certification from DNV (Netherland). Our product is approved by Bureau of Indian Standard and Railway Design and Standard Organisation.
We are manufacturing rutile type, medium coated, all position welding electrodes which displays a balance combination of several features in its welding performance and weld metal quality as under: -
1. Ease of manipulation in all positions.
2. Stable and smooth arc.
3. Low spatter.
4. Easily detachable slag.
5. Smooth, weld rippled shining beads.
Wide range of application in mild steel include shiphulls, storage tanks, rail wagons and coaches, bridges, construction machinery, auto parts.
