The urgency within the IT industry to implement B2B and B2C transaction driven website has created the 'time'. The lack of experienced QA/Software Test engineers and the millions of dollars companies are loosing by deploying applications that have not been thoroughly tested, has created the 'need.'

Locating experienced and trained QA/Software Test professionals is not only difficult but also hiring them, as full time staff is very costly and unnecessary. QA/Software Test teams are typically full time for the initial implementation of defining, setting up the process and integrating the automated test tools. This vision could become a reality since the customer has the option to allow MST Lab test engineers to 'Dial In' to the customer's application or load the application on our system within our test lab.
