Our company produces polypropylene hose mandrel full flexible type for the hydraulic and automotive hose industry. Our standard range is from ¼” to 1 ½” full type and with internal steel rope (for spiralled hose).

The manufacturing of each type is based on the customer’s technical specifications and requests.

Our is a small family-owned company, with an entirely “Made in Italy” artisan production that guarantees a high quality standard of our products.

Meanwhile an institutional organization and production oriented towards a low-cost policy allow us to be competitive on both the national and international markets.

We are a global partner in the provision and assistance regarding the utilization of PP mandrel. Infact besides manufacturing mandrels we also design and build machines and equipment for its treatment and welding (e.g. treatment mandrel line and welding machine).

Our productive lines have unique features and have been planned and set-up to satisfy our specific needs and reach the highest quality standards.

Thanks to many years of experience in the production of PP hose mandrel and being among the first to produce pp full flexible type and use it to replace other types of mandrels (EPDM, nylon etc.), we are able to provide assistance and useful informations on its correct use in the production of rubber hoses.

Our 3 continual production lines allow us to fulfil “Just in Time” orders.
