Lixin INC was found in 2002. The original purpose is to help my brother li xin open a sushi by jay sushi bar. I was helping him with every day operation included dealing with the franchise owner-jay. I found out he has a lot of counter need to rent out and there are a lot of chinese new immigrations want to have their own business. So I told jay I could help him to rent out his sushi bar but he had to give me sole agent right and I would charge my client certain fee to compensate me. Since then, I helped him expand his brand from new hampshire down to south carolina.

Need to say more? Yes! I developed my personality and people skill when I have to coordinate with the clients and vendors. I believe business is a social activity with your honest and trust involved.
