After my graduation, i have taken up language classes in the U. S. A. At that time i happened to meet mrs. Sheila, a very gifted ceramic sculptor. She has become my mentor who influences me to explore more in western art primarily in the form of ceramic. She has cited that, we all come from the same source, the pure and divine land. This sentence enables me to feel the immense force, and makes me become more aware of the genuine meaning of art, that artistry comes derives from nature and human's pure thought. And no matter which branches of art we are involved in, we are one in the course of creation.

After that, when i've come back to my homeland, i have come upon a veteran professor somthawin, who graduated from cranbrook university mi, and she has taught me more about the practice of pottery, focusing largely on wheel thrown. All her artworks reflect oriental insights and wisdom. Not so long, in her class, i also realize that clay work is an invaluable heritage of each country. And there is abundant knowledge on this subject matter that it takes lifetime to delve in. These two encounters with dynamic artists have LED me to choose my path to the timeless art world of ceramic.
