As focusing on satisfying customers' demands and the continuous strict control of quality, Dashiqiao Jinhui Special Refractories was awarded with ISO9002 certificate for its brick production line. The specialized staff supervises all procedures of production, mass mixing, brick shaping, drying, and selecting, packing etc. We have developed the bricks for EAF, converter lining (Magneisa-Carbon bricks) with excellent anti-corrosion, anti-spalling, and anti-slag characteristics. For ladle bricks, we are enjoying the good performances of Alumina-Magnesia-Carbon bricks in steel plants, especially the volume stability, anti-spalling advancement. The tundish coating material and gunning, ramming mass are highly recognized by our steel industry partners for the excellence in performances.

The Laboratory scientifically supervises and guides the production of the plant on the chemical analysis and physical test. Get samples during production, the laboratory will check and analyze them to make the products fully conformed to the consumers' requirements.

Dashiqiao Jinhui Special Refractories production capacity now is approximately 20,000 tons annually, including the Magnesia Carbon bricks 14,000 tons and Alumina Magnesia Carbon bricks 4,000 tons, unshaped material 2000 tons.

The non-frozen Yingkou new port (Bayuquan port) is only 45 kilometers away from factory. The railway from Changchun to Dalian and the expressway from Shenyang to Dalian are only 2 kilometers away from here, which greatly shorten the delivery time. The distance to Dalian/Shenyang air port is no more than 190 kilometers.
