2) have SMT equipments to process components of size 0603 chips upto 20pins QFP cpomponents. Equipments include JUKI 2010, JUKI SMT machines

3) Manual insert line

4) ICT testing with Teradyne IC tester and functional testing(including hi-pot test) and programming ICs based on customer requirements

5) final assembly for box-up products, including package accessories and drop shipments as required by end-customer
