Quick 'line change' can increase the variety of production models and provide more choices for customers. Automatic welding robot offers accurate frame fabrication with beautiful seam. The conveyer will transport the frame from welding factory to painting factory automatically. Through the pretreatment, drying, powder and liquid painting procedures, then transport the frames to assemble lines. Quality-Iso quality system and Japan SG factory certification. Standard operation procedure for every workstation creates the consistent product and quality. A perfect product contributes to cautious and outstanding design.
