2 ) we negotiate price and quantity
3 ) we sign a s&p agreement.
4 ) for loads in bulk wee need a p. B from seller.
5 ) we visit the spot and activate the s&p agreement if the goods are in conformity with the description.
6 ) if load in bulk seller open a non-active p. B
For container shipping)
7 ) buyer open workable l/c(100%at sight, irrevocable, confirmable, non-transferable).
8 ) p. B is activated(bulk).
