Our company established joint venture with professional package company of Holland in September 2003, adopting the oversea advanced technology and management experience to specially manufacture the hi and medium qualifed FIBC. The anti-static bag and conductive type c bag produced by our company have obtained the certificate from LABORDATA. We export 50% to Europe and America and sell 50% in domestic market. Our company owns fixed capital of USD600,000 and covers an area of 10 thousand square meters. Our first stage is 2,200 square meters with monthly production capacity of 30,000 pcs FIBC and the second stage is 4,500 square meters with monthly production capacity of 80,000 pcs FIBC.

Our company possesses one advanced extruder, three eight shuttle looms,30sewing machines and several test equipments. The surface resistance test equipment, surface break-down voltage test equipment and electricity conducting test equipment are all imported abroad, which can guarantee quality of every FIBC. We also use the metal detector to carry out the final inspection. We own complete set of production line starting from extruding, circular weaving, heatcutting, sewing, inspection and pallet packing. We also insist on the development of new products to ensure that our technology level is always in the domestically leading position. Our technologies of anti-sift and uv stabilization have passed the tests and are quite stable. Our company practices the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System. Our management team all receive good education from college and 95% of our workers are graduated from middle school.
