Our firm is a lingerie company in the process of allocating lingerie supplier in Asia region mainly China/HongKong, Taiwan etc.. I have come across the your company name from one of market representative for this segments and am interested in purchasing wholesale goods as well as our own designs manufacturing&building long-term relationship for future business with you. Our products cover mainly outsourced lingerie products such as Bra, Panties, Camisoles, Sleepwear, and a few speciality items like teddies, garter belts and silk scrafs items. We are looking for fashionable lingerie, with emphasis on satin and lace with French and Italian designs as well as lingerie with high quality cotton and Cotton based material like coolmax and Cotton-lycra/Tactel mixed blend.

At this point of selecting a supplier, I would like some information about your firm and if possible, see some samples of your previous work. Would it be possible for you to send us a couple samples or do you have a representative office here in Europe?

For our purchasing department, could you give me details on products you may have available, a catalog/brochure if possible, their pricings, minimum orders, production times and delivery times?

We will also have our own designs that require manufacturing and will need to know your terms and conditions, as well as production and delivery times? At later stage of negotiation and understanding we can also send samples from our end for your evaluation and give you an idea about our line of business and product we normaly deal with.
