Raw Material is bought from Rolling Mill hence we always have Original Mill Test Certificate of each order Raw Mtl per each Heat & Grade. The same are cross checked at a Govt. approved Lab M/s. TCR Laboratory Engg. Services Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.
Inprocess Material For In-Process & final physical test we have hardness tester and all appropriated guages, Thread Ring Guages - (For Bolts)Size Dia M-4 to M 100- 1/4 to 4
Thread Plug Guages - (For Nuts )UNC, UNF, BSW & BSF
Universal Testing Machine : The physical properties of studs, bolts and nuts as per each purchase order are tested and checked as per the specification before despatch.
And relevant Verniers, Mircometers, Radius Calliper et all.
