We follow the world-class process. Quality of the fruits is checked at every stage of process to ensure best fruits reach our clients. Our process starts with cultivation of Gherkin, well stored after harvest, Gherkins are collected and transported to processing facility at Bangalore. After receiving, fruits are checked for quality before grading. Acceptable quality Gherkins are stored in cold storage. Gherkins are sorted, soaked and washed before being packed. After final quality check, fruits are packed in Jars & Cans. Before dispatch, fruits under go compete systematic physical and chemical analysis including sensory evaluation.
