3. Price: US$ 19/MT FOB BARGES

4. Terms of payment: - 50 % when contract signed - 40 % after completed loading and 10% after all export documents required have been submitted

5. Barging Port: Aragan/Batulicin

6. Shipment/Delivery 15 days after signed contract and 50% down payment received

7. Inspection for Quantity and Quality By independent surveyor in seller account final quality and quantity at the barging port

8. Others: Further Terms& Conditions to be detailed on draft contract
