| About us | 1. Profile: YUHUAN ROCKERARM FACTORY is located at Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Provinec, a peninsula projecting out into the East Sea. Its transportation system, combining of shipping, air, and highway, is perfect. There is the 50-ton deep-water harbor, from where ships can reach Wenzhou, Shanghai, Ninbo, Xiamen, and Guangzhou directly. The factory, founded in 1986, has been developing rapidly, by taking full advantage of its unique geographic position, and abundant resources; by the hard working of all employees; by the good decision and judgement of the leadership as well. It has accumulated a strong technical foundation. It has a management and technical team consisting of talents in those regions. Quality management system has been set up complying with the rules of the ISO9000 standard, which is undergoing further improvement, which has been proved successful financially. Insisting on initiative and innovative marketing policy, we have built business cooperation relationship with more than 70 engine manufacturers, among which we have earned good reputation. The factory and its 580 employees, asset 30-million yuan worthwhile, occupy as many as 9350 square meters land, on which there are buildings of totally 7880 square meters. It is still enlarging for better scale-profit. 2. Production: Our primary products are valve rockerarm of internal combustion engine. There are five production lines, 400 sets of machine tools, and sophisticated and complement testing equipment, which can meet the needs of developing and production. Sizes of types of rockerarms, totally 10 million pieces and 1.8 million assemblies, are produced annually. The factory was honored the Scale-profit Enterprise and the Star Enterprise by the municipal or the county government in consecutive years. Yuhuan is a nationwide leading provider in the rockerarm industry. For the fiscal year 1999, we had approximately 45 million yuan in revenues from sales and 70 million yuan in general output value. Our valve rockerarm and assembly products are divided into three groups: Motorcycle engine rockerarm: JH70(90)£¬vertical 100£¬CG125£¬GY6£¬139FM£¬244FM£¬GS-125£¬water-cooling125£¬CB125 Farm vehicle engine rockerarm: 375£¬480£¬485£¬495£¬195£¬185, etc. Vehicle engine rockerarm: X6130£¬6120£¬491, and Style etc. 3. Planning: The factory is expropriating a piece of land of 30,000 square meters, as the preparation of launching new business and developing new products. To sharpen our international competition edge, we would like to cooperate with foreign companies, to create new business and develop overseas' market, by fully observing the principle-Benefiting all concerned, developing altogether.
