Harris tech is a distributor of far eastern, North American and European semiconductors, specialising in discrete components such as igbt power modules, transistors, thyristors and fets.

Harris tech was formed in 1997. Recognised the need for an independent distributor who could supply obsolete and non-supported semiconductors without a large minimum order requirement.

Which has been built up over the years to 500,000 components along 20,000 stock lines, consists of diodes, transistors, fets, thyristors, igbts, microprocessors, memory products, logic ics (both ttl and cmos) and opto products, and is supported by a vast database of almost every component ever produced.

In addition to harris tech huge stock of components, the company is able to source devices from all over the world using its close relations with a vast number of international suppliers.

Harris tech customer base varies from service departments who require small quantities of components immediately to major manufacturers who require an ongoing supply of one or two discrete components on an allocation or schedule basis.
