The Pre-Printing and Marketing Centers dominate the two major printing centers for book printing and commercial printing, operated effectively through a 100Mbps optical fiber connection. The system here consists of a complete pre-printing process, a timely printing process and a careful after-printing process. Our idea of a quality product started with pre-printing is derived from our fully digitalized processes. We focus on all details from printing to binding. Digital proofing and computer-to-plate (CTP) technology have erased the low efficiency in the traditional printing processes. Here, the concept of pre-printing is to be complete and effective. The most advanced printing machines are used in the printing process to produce exquisite images. In addition, the CTP process makes images clear and accurate. The layers are more distinct and the color tones are more stable so that reflect the original to the maximum. It also significantly reduces the processes in traditional printing, shortens the production period and provides customers with more accurate products quickly. Besides plenty of modern printing machines, FAP is well equipped with a Martini Fine ACOROO adhesive binding line, hardback adhesive binding line made in Germany, five Martini automatic circular sewing machines made in Switzerland, and 18 folding machines. The technical characteristic of our company is fully realizing digitalized operation processes from pre-printing to after-printing. In addition, we are equipped with the most internationally advanced after-printing equipment, such as the fully digital Martini A7 adhesive binding line. The CIP3 digital interface makes the pre-printing process easily handle color management, color trapping, text and image management, imposition and generating ICC profiles, as well as making plates by digital plate making machines. Even in the after-printing process, our company has realized high integration and comprehensive management and control over production processes. All production information and product resources are seamlessly transmitted, exchanging and sharing various components. Moreover, we have also adopted stochastic screening printing technology. The "all-in-one" color management system makes what want become what you see, and what you want is what the printing machine will print. From the computer screen to the electronic color separation and proofing, the colors of the printed products will not change. It is based on the original work and just like the original work.
