Phoenix Industrial Park is a modern,12+ acre warehousing facility that is centrally located in Eugene, Oregon. We have approximately 185,000 square feet of enclosed, divided and secure warehouse space.

In addition, we have another 9.75 acres of uncovered land for lease that can be developed to suit. A complete utility infrastructure is already in place.

Both the warehouse property and the uncovered parcel are fully fenced and gated. After hours access is via a card-reader that also logs and time-stamps each entry. Security cameras sweep key areas of the property during off-hours and record all data.
