Company Profile
Hailsun was established in Taipei, Taiwan in 1973, as a manufacturer of textile auxiliaries. The company introduced many innovative products on the local market through the years and is a major producer of fixing agents for acid dyes.
Starting in 1998, Hailsun has diversified into the photographic industry by introducing a complete line of C-41 and RA-4 photographic processing chemicals. Over 600 local minilabs are using our products and we are currently expanding our sales to Asian markets.
In 1998 also, Hailsun launched a series of bulk pharmaceuticals after many years of research. We currently supply misoprostol, latanoprost and alprostadil to many customers in Asia and Latin America.
Recent R&D efforts have been initiated in the field of OLED materials, along with the financial support of new investors and research partnerships with local academics. Our sister company, e-Ray Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. is now supplying the whole range of OLED material (Alq, CuPC, NPB, hosts, dopants) to local and foreign display makers.
