We feel honor to introduce ourselves as one of the leading textile groups in Pakistan successfully running its spinning, weaving and made-ups operations. Our group's turn over is about $150m, of which 80% comes from exports. We have a successful track record of selling our products in Far Eastern, European, South African, American and Canadian markets. We at Gulistan believe in commitment to excellence with maximum customer satisfaction and for that are consistently employing latest production facilities and processes.
Presently we are producing a wide range of fabrics such as plain, sheeting, poplin, canvas, twills, Bedford cord, satin, oxford, duck, reverse twill, herring bone twill, rip stop, ottoman, hop sac, matt weave fabric, high twist fabric, slub fabric, stretch fabric, slub/stretch fabric, cotton nylon fabric, etc and are selling in Far East, America, Europe and South Africa.
We offer our fabrics in various constructions and widths, as per customer requirements, in yarn as coarse as 10/3 and as fine as 100/1 to 120/1.
Our weaving facility is equipped with 219 air-jet and Sulzer looms with a production capacity of about 2.5 million meters/month and have further plans for expansion in order to meet growing customer demands. A brief description of technical production details are as follows:
