Forsdark ventures limited was established in 1998 based on a memorandum of understanding between paragon systems and forsdark ventures all based in ghana. Forsdark ventures limited currently has its head office at f504/4 dadebu road, osu-nyanuba estates, accra-ghana. With the goal of joining forces in order to obtain a larger market share in ghana and the west african sub-region to create and facilitate inter-regional trade between local buyers(bothsmall and volume buyers) and international suppliers, by providing the right trade information. With our sole goal to improve our integrated sourcing and distribution network, marketing and cataloguing of products and services in order to offer clients unique solutions that will go a long way in helping our local communities in the sub-region overcome the complexities of cross-bonder trade.

We serve our established, independently certified communities or more than 300 active buyers in the ten regions and over 100 districts in ghana. These buyers purchased direct from us goods in volume for resale. We currently import into ghana, but have started negotiations with some appointed commission agents in some of the countries in the west african sub-region in order to expand shares in their markets. Thereby increasing the volume of importation into the west africa sub-regional market. Thereby creating a sub-regional network of volume buyers.
