The Birth
The creation of FilMindSoft Systems and Development Corporation marks the beginning of a relationship of individuals who joined their united efforts to engage in the business of information technology, systems analysis, design and development. Conceptualized last May 8, 2001, its Security and Exchange Commission paper was approved June 18, 2001.
Incorporators
The incorporators, consisting of seven members, all residents of Davao City, were united to form the company. Their combined talents and expertise, coupled with experience in the computer business have laid the strong foundation of a lifetime commitment to render professionalized and good quality service coupled with continuity of serving its clients.
