Reporting directly to the client, we provide quality control services, supervising vessel construction, to ensure the vessel meets design specifications and specifications required to comply with flag state and other local requirements of clients. >Surveys We conduct independent, objective and accurate ship surveys, including pre-purchase, pre-charter and condition surveys, on behalf of buyers, charterers and financial institutions. >Vessel Deliveries FMCS arranges deliveries of vessels either under their own power or as cargo. |
