We entertain international buyers and specifiers from many areas of industry in a parkland with excellent facilities, where we can carry out practical demonstrations of machinery, I. E. For grass care, practical operations, heavy agricultural equipment, and leisure goods, as well as providing displays for garden furniture and buildings. We also dress the set for brochure quality photos with stunning effect. When international buyers wish to fly in at their leisure, we offer a meet and greet service. We also offer free events such as quad biking, archery, clay pigeon shooting, to name but a few and fishing in our private loch, which is stocked with good fighting wild brown trout. There is also pike fishing all year round, and salmon fishing when in season in the surrounding two public lochs. The parklands we own are managed as an ongoing horticultural concern, where landscape architects, civic buyers, lawn carers, timber and product agents are invited to view our vast range other product ranges as well as the many plants trees and shrubs the park wholesale to prospective clients. Our product range is shown all year long in the park, and we are within 4 to 6 months of opening, with around 90 percent of displays covered. We will cover many more product ranges, from lawn care to agriculture, to leisure and sports activity. Manufacturers shall be invited to showcase their products in the perfect surrounding in a 365 day a year facility where buyers or specifiers can come to one huge superstore and exhibition centre. The idea for the facility came from after flying thousands of miles to factories and being disappointed at not being able to participate in working demonstrations and testing out products capabilities. We can supply the manufacturer with quality pictures and translate any text provided, and build and display it in an immediate setting as soon as the product is taken delivery of. This shall lead to the manufacturer receiving faster production of brochures and their product line being sold faster and more effectively with retailers having the right marketing tools at the ready on request. The park is close to an international bird sanctuary with two lochs with sailing and water sports and Muirshield Country Park is nearby. With Lochwinnoch having such an abundance of natural beauty and wildlife, the park is in a position to offer the very best in educational study tours for students of many seats of learning. This means that the park is in an ideal position to ally the needs of industry and commerce with the demand for environmental education.
