Each team comprises of a product manager and a senior merchandiser who is assisted with two other merchandisers, in addition to quality control inspectors. Infrastructure and the inherent strengths The current capability of the company is around 1.5 lac pcs a month, as regards to the ready to wear garments. The production of which takes place at two manufacturing units, one located at daman and the other at andheri, mumbai. These units are outfitted with 150 machines and 50 machines respectively an additional installation of two more manufacturing units at vasai and bhiwandi with 150 machines each will see an increment in the production of up to half a million pcs in a month. The company also has a distinct advantage with its in-house fabric processing facility, installed in an area of 100,000 sq. Ft in new mumbai. Superior machinery The machinery for manufacturing and fabric processing are top-of-the-line technology upgrades. A host of processing and conditioning for both natural and synthetic fabrics is undertaken at the facility, including dyeing and printing. The range of fabric processing undertaken is as follows mercerizing, sanforizing, synging, seersucker, flannel, peaching etc. The printing auxiliaries include two rotary machines a 12 color pneumatic machine (stormac) and a 10 color magnetic machine, the facility is equipped with a 9 color flat bed printing machine as well. As for dyeing, pigment dyeing (padding), vat, reactive and disperse dyeing are also carried out at the process house with the capability to achieve 60-90 degree color fastening for cotton fabrics, in addition to world class bulk printing, the whole assemble allows for easier table sampling of the finished fabric. All of the processes are carried out under strict quality observation. The dyeing processes at the facility have qualified to be oeko-tex certified, amongst the very few Indian companies to acquire such distinction. Product portfolio While the company puts out its wide range of garments, the companys unique embellishments capability puts it ahead of most garment manufacturers.
