We have been developed to service a need in the community. Real Estate prices have escalated sharply of recent times and we expect rental prices to follow as property investors/landlords seek a suitable return for the property thus pushing rental prices up and tenants out. We will have a catch 22 situation develop if an solution is not provided.

Share Accommodation allows the tenants to 'split' the cost of renting with 2 or 3 others thus reducing the burden and allowing the tenant to afford the accommodation. Should this solution not be provided we will find fewer tenants willing to 'pay the price' for the property and fewer investors wil realise a suitable return on their investment.
