CHI Scientific, Inc. is a biotechnology company specialized in developing, producing and marketing quality products that accelerate research and discovery in life sciences. Our primary products are distributed in five categories: (1) biologic products derived from engineered animal tissues including gene-deficient and transgenic animals. This category of product includes PremiumPairTM RNA, PremiumPairTM cDNA, PremiumPairTM protein, PremiumPairTM cells, and PremiumPairTM histological slides. (2) CHI patent-pending products derived from various gene-deficient and transgenic animals. This category of product includes PremiumBlotTM and PremiumArrayTM of tissues from each individual or combined genetically engineered animal. (3) CHITM research animals in which multiple genes are deficient or altered function. (4) Primary cell culture media and reagents. This category of products includes complete primary cell culture systems --- PrimaCellTM systems --- for culturing various mouse and rat cells. Currently we are offering PrimaCellsTM systems for culturing hepatocytes, airway epithelial cells, bladder cells, epidermal keratinocyte cells, fibroblast cells, mammary gland epithelial cells, smooth muscle cells, skeletal muscle cells, neural cells, prostate cells, renal cell. (5) Reagents for promoter and transcription research. CHI Scientific is in collaboration with local research organization to develop EasyShiftTM system, a complete system that makes gel shift assays easy and accelerated.
