LINE OF BUSINESS:

- To carry on business as importer and exporter of down stream oil, crude oil, independent petroleum marketer of petroleum products, erect filling stations, refineries, etc.

- To carry on the business of oil and gas exploration, kerosene, AGO, DPK, PMS, black oil, lubricants, brokerage, installation of facilities for storage, sourcing, sales and supply of all kinds of fuel within the specification of the Nigerian regulatory body, etc

- To carry on the business the business of haulage, logistics and transport services, garage proprietors, owners and charters of road vehicles, ships, barges and boats of every description for commercial purposes.

- To carry on the business of general contracting, manufacturing, trading, importation, exportation, general suppliers, manufacturers representatives and products including both finished and raw materials.

- To do all such things as may be considered to be incidental to the attainment of the above objects and also every other mandate specified in the Memorandum of Association.
