Fitout & Furniture Div. has been in existence before we went into stone. It has a fully mechanized 1.5 acre factory site with full wood processing, wet cutting, kiln drying, component cutting, assembly and finishing. STONE CARVING DIVISION : Over the years Balinesia has developed a reputation and niche in this area. Balinesia designs and fabricates Relief Carvings, Wall Treatments, Columns, Sculptures, Lighting and other Architectural Sculptural pieces to any shape, form and size. Using a unique blend of various coloured Volcanic Pumice and Lava Stone, mixed with cement, hardeners and stabilizers to create a rock hard base on which our skilled Artisans hand carve to any shape, form, size, design and specification required. Our Contemporary and/or Tropical-Style designs and motifs are displayed in award winning Hotels, Restaurants and Golf Resorts Internationally. STONE QUARRY DIVISION : This Division has filled an important niche for Designers and Landscape Architects looking for a different and unique stone indigenous to Indonesia, Palimanan. We cut this Volcanic Stone to specified sizes for Floors, Walls and Cappings. These stones are ideally suited for Poolside Areas or used for Wall Claddings providing a lovely Villa Ambience. Practically, this Volcanic Stone is a unique material that does not heat up in the hottest of temperatures, allowing users to even walk bare-footed on the stone. Ideal outdoor flooring in desert and hot topical climates. FITOUT & FURNITURE DIVISION : This Division was in existence before we went into stone and is an integral part of our operation. It is situated in Central Java in Indonesia and is a fully mechanized one and a half acre factory site with full wood processing, wet cutting, kiln drying, component cutting, assembly and finishing all done in-house.

Henry Rodrigues started his Stone Relief business in Singapore with its production arm in Indonesia in 1988.

He has made a major corporate move to Dubai and Qatar under a new Company, Balinesia.

As always this Company will continue to cater and support its International array of Architects, Interior Designers and Landscape Architects with its customised Stone Artworks, Water Features, Floor and Wall Claddings and the exciting launch soon of a new medium enhancing Henry’s internationally recognised tropical designs with a range of French-designed glass mosaics and another range in gold leaf encased glass tiles set in the beautiful carved reliefs of Henry’s floral designs.

This new range will be on display in showrooms in Monaco and Dubai. Balinesia will continue to provide full service facilities for the fitout and furniture division catering to all levels of Hotel and Restaurant projects.

In Singapore Henry is represented by Diane Rodrigues who continues to coordinate with Edward Leong both in Singapore and the region.
