We offer high quality, leak-proof instrumentation tube fittings with double ferrules for process, power, and automation& instrumentation applications. Our products are made from high quality material ensuring that no compromise is made on the quality of the finished products. Stringent process control is implemented for both in-process& finish product inspection to ensure that only superior quality products are manufactured.

These fittings undergo special processes like burnishing, cold hardening, thread rolling and case hardening of back ferrule for better swagging.

Tube fittings conform to ansi 31.1 for power piping, ansi b - 31.2 for petroleum& refinery plants and asme sec vii for boiler& pressure vessels.

Fittings conform and are tested in accordance to bs 4368 part iv.

Fittings conforming to din 2353 bite-type(is:8801 - 8803) are also manufactured.

We also offer needle& manifold valves. Needle valves are manufactured upto 24000 psi. Valves are made from stainless steel aisi 316, high grade alloys& special matl. Such as monel, hastalloy, titanium, etc.

Hydraulic - pneumatic fittings:

We offer hydraulic - pneumatic fittings such as brass compression fittings, push-fit type fittings, push-on type fittings, PU - nylon - silicone tubing.

Brass fittings are made from extruded hexagonal brass rods& blank brass forgings.

Push-fit type fittings have plastic body and push-on type fittings are made from brass& aluminium.

These fittings are extensively used in automobile industry, refrigeration lines, chemical plants, textile machinery, biological& food industry, etc.

PU - nylon - silicone tubing are available in various sizes and colours. PU - nylon tubings are available in straight and coil form. Silicone tubing is made from FDA approved material.

Valves and forged fittings:

Valves - we offer gates, globes, non -return valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, etc. With screwed or flanged connections in cast steel, cast iron or stainless steel. We offer valves even with brass or bronze working parts.

Pipes - c. S. Seamless a-106 gr. B or ss 304/316 in any size and schedule. Also in m. S. Erw in black or galvanised finish.

Fittings - forged 2000#,3000#,6000#& 9000# socket weld - npt/bsp in astm a-105 or ss 304/316 and butt-weld from sch.5 to sch.160 in astm a-234 gr. Wpb and in ss 304/316.

Flanges - forged slip-on, npt/bsp socket-weld, lap joint, wnrf, rtj, etc. In c. S. Astm a-105& ss 304/316 and class 150 to 2500.

We offer hammer unions, grooved couplings, camlock couplings, quick release couplings etc.

Fasteners:

We offer all the types of fasteners such as nuts, bolts, studs, screws etc. In ms, ss with/without coating. Coated fasteners such as zinc coated, xylan coated, teflon coated, etc. Are also supplied. High tensile studs, bolts and nuts are also exported.
