All Star Construction & Materials

We are a general contractor. We primarily construct single custom homes.

Recently, we are deeply involved in developing single residential homes with new construction material called sip(structural insulated panel). Sip panels are very ideal to construct buildings, specifically single homes, because of its insulation and structural strength capabilities as well as easy fabrication. Because of the inherent characteristics of the building method using sips, the time to construct buildings is considerably shorter than the conventional construction method. As the results the cost to build a home is also considerably less than the conventional method.

To build a sip panel home, preplanning as well as the special design to utilize the sip are required. For which our design staffs are working very hard.

As to the material, we look to manufacturers of eps and osb boards and structural adhesives as well as sip manufactuers.

If we do not find sip panel manufacturer in china, we are to set up fabrication plant in china where abundant materials and labor are available.

Our design staffs are in full action to crate the sip panel homes.

Our primary market is in USA. However, we do not exclude china or any other countries if it makes sense marketing in that country.

We are buying all kinds of products as anyone may imagine to complete homes in addtion to sip panels. We buy roofing material, electrical material, plumbing material, and granite countertop materials including other interior finishing products.

We hope to establish a good and lasting relationships with component and part manufacturers in china.
