Founded in 2001, acyan specializes in dye-sublimation ink, eq sublimation pastel cryons and eq sublimation needle pens which hold parents. Recently, it succeeded in printing digitally 4 colors of transfer ink onto polyester.

Acyan transfer ink renders chromaticity much better than its other counterpart, and its demonstrator color is twice as bright on polyester-based outer garments. Having completed its development of sublimation pastel crayons and needle pens, it is currently negotiating export terms with japanese and us importers, and has just released a general-purpose offset ink a gravure ink for sublimation printing.

Dye-sublimation printing is a technology for using heat to transfer a picture drawn or printed on paper to polyester, nylon or acrylic fabrics. Sublimation ink enables the copying of an image onto materials, which do not normally accept direct printing, such as various fabrics, mugs, tile and wood. The picture is copied to a sheet of paper via sublimation ink I. E exactly the way an ordinary computer printer works and then the printed paper is placed on the surface of the material on which it is to be transferred, and the paper is heated with a press iron or a microwave oven.

Compared with other image transfer inks, sublimation ink renders more accurate, more vivid colors. In addition, it has enhanced stability. While conventional drawing is done by painting over a pencil sketch, sublimation drawing technology using eq sublimation pastel crayons, needle pens and watercolors heats the painted paper over polyester fiber or chemically synthesized material with a press iron.12 colors are available.
