APIX (Ltd.) established in 2004 to provide finance and management consulting services to domestic businesses and foreign investors starting-up in Poland. We help in business launch and obtaining commercial and public funds and grants. APIX is tightly cooperating with various Technology and Industry Parks, where new projects and investments are settled.
We provide a wide range of services concerning investment feasibility studies, investment/construction consulting, entities registration, financing, technology transfer and implemmentation.
APIX experts have a strong finance/tax and project management backgroud (CEO-10 years of finance management experience), as well as wide knowledge of European Union funds and programs dedicated to mid-sized/large business (APIX Partner-10 years of experience in technology transfer and management of public/private projects supported by EU grants).
APIX deals with various finance analyses and carry out market research studies. We prepare assets valuation, business- and marketing- plans and other financial analyses.
