George kavanagh is one of the main specialist mechanical and electrical contractors based in the republic of ireland. It has operated as a private company since the 1950's and has grown and developed over the years.

It has a wide client base and has always been keen to develop new product lines. Through our trading partners, we have a strong base in northern ireland and the uk.

We are constantly on the look out for new products in the electrical generation, solar power and fuel cell technology fields.

We also take an interest in air conditioners especically related to portable and small commercial package units.

Our remainig related fields of interest are in combined heating and power units(smallto medium sized lpg or natural gas) a preference, although we have use for diesel units also.

We would be interested in companies with products in our designated fields, who wish to gain access to our market place, or who wish a partner, for develpoment of product for our market place. We have at our disposal a large distribution facility based in central ireland with access to all area's in ireland, we also have links to partner companies in the uk who provide the same facilities.

We also have an interest in small to medium commercial refrigeration plant and associated electronic temperature controls and monitoring equipment. Our interest in this area would have to apply to companies who do not already have associations or partners already in uk and ireland.

As a final point we also have use for UPS systems although not on a large scale at present.

Ahv's sole aim is to broaden and develop the portfolio which the parent company offers it's client base and to allow them to broaden the client base by developing new product especially in the alternative energy fields.

Our slogan is an alternative source.
