Dear Sir:
I have just spoke with your employee regarding our
order of 1 VIP-32/05B (P-VIP 180-230-1.0E20.5 69615)
(mailed to: Raymond Black, 400 NorthPort Dr. #501,
Cabot, AR 72023). We were charged $219.08. At that
time we were given the impression that if we paid
for NEXT DAY DELIVERY we would receive our merchadise on Saturday. Which it did not come
until Monday. This was for church use which we
needed on Sunday which was not possible since we
had not received the merchadise. That was explained to the sales person. Therefore, we could
have received it by regular mail, if we were not
going to get it by Sunday.
A called was made today to your company, and we are very disappointed that you made us believe one thing and did another. Therefore, we will not be
buying from you in the future, due to this misleading order. The mailing company does work
on Saturday.Therefore, we feel that extra shipping
should be reimbursed to us. I tried to find were
a review of your business could be added to your
website, but did not find it.
