FRAUDULENT, DECEITFUL, DEFALCATE and UNETHICAL actions By Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv  To whom it may concern,  I, Dr. Adam JAcky as ‘Buyer’ had already purchased a total of $56,465.57.- by PayPal on 28 June 2018 to Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon as Sellers that showed payment in attachment no. 1-3 for the following items : M&K sound speaker S300 Right               3 items  M&K sound speaker S300 Left                 4 items  M&K sound spea1ker MP300 Right            2 items  M&K sound speaker MP300 Left              2 items M&K sound speaker IW300 3 pairs          6 items M&K sound speaker LCR 950.                 12 items M&K sound speaker X-12 subwoofer.       4 items ATI AT544 NC Amplifier.                             8 items OPPO UDP-205 DVD.                                 1 item RADIANCE PRO 4K 4446 scaler.               1 item ACURUS ACT4 Processor Amplifier.          1 item I had not received anything from Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon until 10 August 2018. Rocketerias and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon had inform me to pay shipping costs for shipping as nearly three months after the original purchase and full paid date.  Later Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon requested me to pay additional for shipping as I had paid additional $2,258.62.- on 25 June 2018 and $3,549.- on 14th of August 2018 and $1,000.- on 23rd of August 2018 as attachment no. 4 - 6 but Rocketerias had not shipped all the items as agreed to me as it has items as following  ATI AT544 NC Amplifier.                             8 items OPPO UDP-205 DVD.                                 1 item RADIANCE PRO 4K 4446 scaler.               1 item ACURUS ACT4 Processor Amplifier.          1 item That Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv had just don’t shipping to me without reasonable. After that Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon had informed me to pay additional to cover any lost, warehousing and Banks fees equipment payments and fright payments. This estimated a new shipment with PayPal fee 4% resulting in a balance pending of $10,464.- that Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon had instructed me, the ‘Buyer’ as specific in mail “my last offer and deal is to paid $10,000.- “ Meaning if I, the ‘Buyer’ do not pay the last offer amount that Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon will not ship any of the items to the me, Buyer as attachment 7 - 8. However, as a ‘Buyer’ had not clear about costs of charge by Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon. Any lost of money, exchange rate and storage cost and all Bank fee should not be costs of me, Buyer because I had paid by PayPal. (on the other hand we had agreed to sell and buy with USD. As a ‘Buyer’ I had paid by USD. Why am I, the Buyer must be responsible  for the exchange rate from USD to Mexico Dollars too?) Also on 25th of April 2019 as attachment no. 9 that Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon had said if I don’t pay Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon that they will not ship any of the items to me. As I, the Buyer had bought and already paid on these items in 2018. For why does it take more than ONE YEAR to receive only 7 of the 11 items I purchased?  The current day is October 16th, 2019 and I am still waiting on the 4 other ATI AT544NC Amplifiers. I always respond in a quickly manner, however, this unacceptable.   I have  tried to contact with Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon many times in which they always avoid to shipping the remaining 4 of ATI AT544NC Amplifiers to me.  Furthermore I, Dr. Adam Jacky as Buyer had already bought and fully paid for all above items since June 28, 2018. With multiples times paying additional charges that I, the buyer should not be responsible for. Until now October 16,  2019 which has been more than one year since I had already fully paid and Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon had don’t want delivery products to the Buyer More than One year without reasonable and responsibility too. The actions of Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon are fraudulent and deceitful. It needs to be clear for other buyers on PayPal to be aware of this Seller. There should be criminal actions by Computer or online transactions Acts. It would be in the best interest for online community to be aware of this Seller as Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon.The actions from this seller are criminal. For the actions of delaying and avoiding shipping and requesting more funds are fraudulent. Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon have engaged in dishonest activity that gave advantages for the benefit of their personal gains. This company’s practices are unethical and will lead to it’s downfall. I, Dr. Adam Jacky as Buyer or Crime Victim would like to inform everybody who will contact with Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv or Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon should think and rethink for do Business with them Because everybody will be fraudulent or deceitful or unethical or been deceive by online community from Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv or Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon as Deceiver in the Future  Moreover the Activity above of Rocketerias Distribuidores sa de cv and Mr. Alejandro Barbosa Calderon had been Criminal crimes following Computer Fraud and Abuse Act ( CFAA ) as the United State Cybersecurity and Criminal Offenses under the Act and Criminal Crimes Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of México too.
