Our company looks for supplier of polymer films on industrial basis from China to Russia. The project is of long-term character and assumes regular deliveries in large volumes.
The following types of films represent interest.
1. Films BOPET are transparent and metalized. The processing of sides (activation) is either chemical or by corona discharge. Winding side – according to order, depending on concrete requirements of subsequent utilization technology. Required thicknesses: 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 23, 30, 36 µm .
2. Films CPP are transparent and BOPP – transparent and pearly. Required thicknesses: 18, 20, 22, 25, 30, 40 µm . The processing of sides (activation) is by corona discharge. Winding side – according to order, depending on concrete requirements of subsequent utilization technology.
3. Films BOPA are also interesting in different variations – monofilms and films laminated with other types of heat-sealing films and also different films with twist effect.
Films are designated for printing, lamination and producing of different types of packaging. Films winding is allowed onto bushes with diameters of 76 mm and 152 mm. Width of delivered films must be not less than 1 200 mm. Minimal consignment of delivery – not less than 20 000 kg. Real consignments – more.
Indispensable conditions of contracts conclusion on films delivery are the following:
1. Contract may be concluded only with a factory-producer (any mediators are excluded).
2. The product must be produced exclusively on the equipment of Germany (Bruckner or others), Japan (Mitsubisi) or USA (Collins). Producers, having other equipment, are better not to answer, and not to waste time and image.
3. The highest quality confirmed by European and international quality standards (stable thickness strictly corresponding to prescribed, minimal gage interference, stable and deep activation, compact winding, equal butt-ends of rolls etc.). Only this will allow to compete successfully with products from Europe, Israel, Arab Emerates, Korea (principal players on the market) and other countries.

- Readiness of your factory to cooperate and carry out corresponding negotiations;
- Name of your factory, kind of activity, presence of export licence, short history and address;
- Type of industrial equipment, its characteristics and productive capacities;
- Types of feed stock, its origin, types of manufactured films and their characteristics, presence of international certifications and other documents confirming quality;
- Prices on one or another products and the possibility of their discussion during talks, conditions and terms of delivery, rational, from your point of you, delivery route to Russia, Moscow.
All other questions may be settled during negotiations and during obligatory visit to your factory by our representative in order to take a closer look with each other and to achieve mutually acceptable and beneficial conditions of cooperation.
