SX-LD Three-Column Bottom Manual Discharging Centr

SX-LD series centrifuge is a kind of filtering centrifuge which discharges from the bottom and operates intermittently. It is suitable for the separation of the suspension liquid containing solid phase material (in the form of granule state, crystal state and fibred state) with the concentration is larger than 5-60% and granular size is larger than 0.05mm. Under the function of the centrifugal force, the liquid passes through the filter medium and is pushed out of the machine. The solid is left in the rotary drum and is discharged from the bottom by manually.
The solid grains can be grain, crystal or fiber state. The machine is also used in dehydrating of materials such as yarn, textile and others. The series centrifugal machines have characteristics, such as it has simple structure and convenient operation, each operation program can be adjusted at will, the filtered slag can be washed completely, and the solid grain can not be broken easily. It is widely used in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry food industry, metallurgy industry, etc.
