SD-LD Three-Column Filter Bag Discharging Centrifu

A motor drives the basket to rotate at the full speed, material being fed into through a feed pipe and distributed evenly on the walls of the basket.. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged out of the basket through filter cloth and the holes of the basket, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, while the solid deposits in the basket. After the machine stops, open its cover, loosen the lock blocks on lip ring, suspend the lip ring together with the filter bag containing cake to the place for discharging, then have the bottom of the filter bag splay, thus the cake being discharged automatically.
Characteristics and Uses
SD Series are a kind of suspend bag discharge three-column centrifuge with the features of discharging in different places and batch operating. The machine has the advantages of large capacity, high efficiency, easy operation, quick discharging, safety, no pollution and less working intensity. They can be used for separating the suspension with less compressible solid phase particle size of more than 0.05mm and with liquid phase of low viscosity. They are suitable for chemical industry industry, light industry, food industry, and pharmacy, especially for solid-liquid separation of materials which are not suitable for people to touch, the solid of which requires strict washing, and the materials that are inflammable and explosive.
