We can offer the roll at the surface hardness of HSD55-75. And in one roll the hardness error is less than 5HSD. The depth of the hardness is more than 70mm at radius in material 50Cr5MoV.
These are fabricated using materials like: Cr2%(9Cr2Mo, 86CrMoV7), Cr3%(40Cr3MoV, 70Cr3NiMo, 70Cr3Mo, MC3), Cr4%(45Cr4NiMoV) and Cr5%(50Cr5MoV).
Also we can offer the middle axle of the back-up roll in material 55Cr, 35CrMo or 42CrMo.
