Foaming Paste
It is a kind of multi-aqueous co-polymers formulated rubber paste and it provides the maximum compatability and miscibility with the commom known water based color paste. That would be suitable for chemical textile coating( laminination). For chromatic aspect it may collocate with water based color paste PRC/ W/ RC series to enhance more obvious vivid color saturation and distribution spectrum to meet the desired color print effect of clients and exceed the expectation.
Character
* For coloring, pigment is allowed to be added, the dosage depending on conditions.
* It is a ready-to-use paste which can be used directly, no need transparent rubber paste or binder to reduce the viscosity.
* NPP688FC / FW provide great foaming evenness, strong elasticity, washing duration and foam effect.

Pigment --adding dosage subject to need
* Suitable for screen with 100~150 mesh.
* Suggested curing condition: 1) 150℃ for 10~12 seconds by Heat Presser or 2) 120~130℃ for 60~90 seconds by Oven. Suggested to be pre-dried at 60℃ or naturally dried under room temperature for 1~2days to obtain best results.
* Heating source could be “Oven”, “Infrared Ray Dryer” or “Iron”. “Steam Heater” is not allowed due to the coating will be impacted and lessen washing duration.
* Foaming failure may be caused by insufficient curing time.
