Urinary Trypsin Inhibitor (UTI, Ulinastatin) is a kind of glucoprotein derived from human urine. As a proteinase inhibitor, it inhibits the activity of trypsin, chymotrypsin, lactate, lipase, hyaluronidase and other pancreatic enzymes.
