I find no way but post tradeinfo to try to nudge you. I have another account e-mail which was applied long before. Now I need to change some business details and found I failed to sign in. I'd tried by "Password forgot" to get an indication "e-mail account not found in system"!! I'm afraid your system must have gone wrong and, neither could I find a way to approach you as your website doesn't show your contact details.
