Accurately take 5mg of 98% Artemisnin samples, dissolved with appropriate chromatography grade methanol, Calibration volume to 10mL, ultrasound 30mins and laying 10min, using 0.45μm membrane filtrate, as the sample liquid reserve.
2.2.4 Preparation of standard solution
Accurately take 100mg Artemisnin standard, dissolved with chromatography grade methanol and calibrate volume to 10mL.
