Features:
1. Driven by servo motor and adopt mechanical hand feeding material, then transfer the pole pieces to the conveyer belt by the suction device.
2. Adopt the most advanced optical grade glass surface dust removal system; most effective equipment for the battery pole piece surface dust removal.
3. Dust removal roller is made of high polymer silica gel which passes through some researches to stick the dust of surface of pole piece without damage pole piece.
4. Adopt emergency stop alarm system, bell will ring automatically when dust removal roller is full of dust, convenient operation.
5. After cleaning the pole piece, the flatness of the pole pieces can reach 0.2mm through a made-to-measure high precise leveling roller to be smooth for collection and lamination.
