Self-Adhesive Linear labelling machine - LLAC-R-SQ (VAR-STEP)

Machine equipped with variable speed motor and screw feeder at the inlet, including stepper motors for the labelling stations.
Production from 500 to 2500 bph for 1 partial label (production may be reduced in case of a wrap around label or more than 1 label application)

The basic machine is suitable for the application of one body label on round bottles.
Variable speed motor is included in this machine for automatically adjusting the speed of inlet of the bottles to the machine).

On request the machine can be equipped with:
- Capsule distribution and application systems
- Automatic Notch positioning system
- Automatic label or capsule positioning system
- Accessories for the application of the counter label on round bottles
- Accessories for the application of the counter label on square bottles
- Accessories for the all-round neck label
- Date printing unit
- Other accessories as per optional list.

FUNCTIONING:

The second inlet station is equipped with a system of rubber rollers which allow a perfect adherence of the label to the rotating bottle. A timer device allows the centering of the counter label. This timer is adjustable in order to be able to find the absolute perfect position of the label.

Label, counter label and all round neck label are applied with an extreme simplicity and precision by means of independent heads.

The machine presents the solutions which better reflect the requirements of precision and practicality, offering automation and technology to the highest standards.
The machine is compact and robust and is suitable for the insertion in a filling line; it can be adapted to various size bottles and labels.

Constructed mainly in stainless steel and other anti-corrosive materials in order to guarantee long life and low maintenance operations.

The machine is complete with conveyor and cumulative collection table with motor which is suitable for pulling the complete small filling line conveyor (approx. 5/6 meters) with motor 380V. 3 phase.

Hourly production up to max. 2500 bph. ) Max. speed depends on number of labels, their size and the shape of the bottle. The speed can be adjusted by the variable speed motor included.

The machine is also equipped with safety cabin at EEC norms.
The basic machine is supplied with 1 labelling station.

Note: for voltage 220V- single phase, please add 15% on the basic machine value.
