●Adoption of FPGA control technology based on USB as transmission carrier and PHOTOPRINT Rip software to realize high speed, high efficiency, high frequency and great capacity of RIP and printing at the same time.\
●A true flat-bed table with the size of 2.44m(length)X1.22m(width) ,2.44m(length) X 1.83m(width) ,3.0m(length)X1.83m(width) using accurate screw drive make the X direction printing Beam move, that ensures perfect registration on both light and heavy materials. Compared to Belt drive structure, feeding is more accurate and applicable.
●A strong vacuum table holds virtually any materials in place and the printing carriage height can be adjusted automatically for rigid materials up to 100mm in thickness. Which ensures the materials lay on the table firm and flat. The table which up-down wheels built in is available especially designed for glass industry. The print area allows easy loading and unloading of large and heavy material and can be performed by one person.
●It prints not only on rigid substrates such as glass, tile, metal paint sheet, wood board, acrylics, paper sheet, MDF, PMMA sheet and poster board but other soft materials like PVC cloth, canvas, carpet and many other plastic films.
●Using negative pressure ink supply solution under closed loop control system visible and adjustable to ensure the stability of ink supply. Adoption of print heads positive pressure ink sprays technology to maintain the state of print heads at ease.
●SKYJET UV Flat-bed printer can adopts 4、5、6、7、8 pcsKonica-512-14pl(42pl) print heads to produce high speed graphics in 4,5 ,6 or7 colors, white color is available . The highest resolution reach up to 1440DPI, and the maximum speed of model 1808(1.8m width with 8 pcs P.H.) is up to 25 sqm/hour. Heater and sensor is inside of the Konica print head it helps to keep the inner temperature at ideal value(45℃), which ensures the print head is at best printing situation.
●Adoption of British “INTEGRATION” technology, it is very efficient and advanced solution, which provides for instant curing entirely while printing without odors. “SKYJET” UV curable system is available which especially designed for economical purpose.
●TOYO (Japan) UV inks to be used on our UV Flat-bed printer as it is specially made to fit for Konica print heads (Temperature/Voltage curves hereby is attached), cured easy with entire solidification. And it delivers 3 years outdoor durability, 7 years indoor durability without lamination, and the price of TOYO UV inks (90USD/Liter) is very competitive.
