Product Use:
The machine used for PA6、PA66、PP，formed by melt extrusion, spinning, winding to tyre cord. The spinning cotton, PP thick denier silk can be widely used in various kinds of tire, tyre fabrics, bags belt, fire hose, and conveyer belt.
Main features:
1.Every two winding heads, each can wind one or two spinning cake.
2.Screw extrude use AC motor to drive, the technology of frequency converts to speed governing. The frequency converts and instrument import components, the accuracy of control pressure ≤± 0.1Mpa, and the accuracy of control temperature ≤± 1 ℃
3.Vertical type double shaft drive high pressure gear pump running, and frequency control to control speed.
4. Download or upload high-pressure type seal assembly
5.Each with 2 winding heads, guide wire, friction roller and horizontal device controlled the speed by frequency converts.
