1.Use the touch panel to preset the yarn length, the production
quantity, the lube roller speed and the yarn deliver speed. You can
check the conditions of the whole winding process.
2. Drum traverse system: The precise stainless slit drum with
special hardened and polish treatment can lower the noise of the
line winding machine and it's good for high speed running.
3. You can preset the yarn speed from 400-1400 meters per minute
on touch panel for individual spindle.
4. The Yarn length can also be preset on touch panel for individual
spindle and then it will be measured by computer with
compensate length adjustment automatically, accurate 0.5%.
5. Preset the lube roller speed from 0-50 rpm on touch panel for the
lubricant percentages.
6.Electronic magnetic tension controls the tension of individual
spindle and the whole winding process of our line winder
machine; it will also improve the quality of packages.
7.The straight path to get the good conditions of winding and it will
reduce the hairiness of the threads.

9.With yarn broke sensor individual spindle.
10.Standard machine with vacuum type oil tank on each machine
for delivering the silicone oil automatically to lube the thread on
