2.2.4 Preparation of standard solution
Accurately take 100mg resveratrol standard, dissolved with chromatography grade methanol and calibrate volume to 10mL.
2.2.5 Detect conditions:

Mobile phase: 27% acetonitrile aqueous solution
Velocity: 1.2 mL/min

2.2.6 Standard curve
Accurately take 0.20mL, 0.15mL, 0.1mL, 0.05mL, 0.00mL to 10mL flask, Calibrate volume respectively, made concentration of 1mg/mL, 0.75mg/mL, 0.5mg/mL, 0.25 mg/mL, and 0.00mg/mL solution of the reference substance.
